Single Ball Packaging Instructions
- Use a NEW heavy duty, double walled cardboard box.
- The box should be 10" x 10" x 10" (Single ball).
- Use a ball cup in the bottom of the box for stability.
- Wrap the ball in bubble wrap or similar padding.
- Fill all empty space with packing material so the ball cannot move.
- Apply "H-taping" method to all seams (top and bottom).
- Affix shipping label securely to the top surface.

Safe arrival of your equipment is the responsibility of the owner. ShipDeez acts as a facilitator; packaging must meet these standards for claims eligibility.

Standard coverage applies only if the ball is housed in a dedicated ball-box inside a shipping container.
Single Ball ⚽ At the completion of your event
- Ensure all old labels are removed or completely covered.
- Verify the tracking number on the box matches your digital manifest.
- Place the shipment in the designated 'ShipDeez Pickup' zone.
2 Bowling Balls Instructions
- Box dimensions must be exactly 19" x 10" x 10".
- Utilize a dual-cavity ball divider.
- Reinforce the bottom of the box with industrial tape.
- Ensure balls are individually wrapped within the box.
- Total weight must not exceed 32 lbs.
- Apply "H-taping" method to all seams (top and bottom).
- Securely attach the barcode label to the flattest top surface.
WARNING: Any misrepresentation of box dimensions will result in an automatic $50.00 penalty fee per container.
RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE
Owners are liable for damages resulting from inadequate padding or improper box selection. Double-wall boxes are mandatory.
2 bowling balls ⚽ At the completion of your event
Follow standard labeling procedures. Ensure no loose items are rattling inside before final H-taping.
4 Bowling Balls Instructions
- Required dimensions: 19" x 19" x 10".
- Place heavy duty dividers between all four quadrants.
- Center weight as much as possible.
- Use heavy-duty bubble wrap for each individual ball.
- Fill gaps with cardboard inserts for structural integrity.
- Apply "H-taping" method to all seams (top and bottom).
- Place label in the center top, avoiding tape seams.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
Heavy shipments carry higher risk of drop damage. Strict adherence to H-taping and internal bracing is required for insurance validity.
4 bowling balls (Boxed or in tote): At the completion of your event
Verify structural integrity of the box after the event. If the box is compromised, you MUST replace it before return shipment.
If your event is NOT staffed...
Secure your shipment in the designated center area. Ensure the manager is aware of the pending ShipDeez pickup.
If your event IS staffed...
Hand your shipment directly to the ShipDeez representative for immediate scanning and verification.
If you misplaced your label
Contact support immediately via the app or at the registration desk to reprint your return logistics documents.
IMPORTANT
Leaving equipment outside of designated pickup zones or failing to notify staff of a pending pickup voids all insurance coverage. ShipDeez is not responsible for items left in public corridors or unsecured bowling lanes.
